This error occurs when an intersection remains between 2 range/cells. Like you are doing the sum for range B2:B5, but you insert a space instead of (:) then this error can occur.#DIV/0!

This Error can occur for an invalid argument which you used in excel function. An example is below:
This error can happen if you use a value in a formula which is not available. In Match and Lookup, we use a cell/value to lookup. If the cell/value is not available in the data table/range then this error can occur.
Excel can show this error if it is calculating large and complex data. This error message is temporary. It only shows if calculation is taking time.
